Privacy note

This note describes what the ATLAS demonstration application does with data. It is deliberately short, because the application does very little.
This is template documentation, not legal advice, and not a privacy policy for any deployed service. If you ship something built on ATLAS, write your own policy for what your deployment actually does.

What this application collects

Nothing is collected. There is no account, no form submission handler, no analytics, no telemetry and no error reporting. The application has no server-side storage of any kind.

The contact form on this site is a demonstration. Submitting it re-renders the page with your input in the query string; nothing is transmitted anywhere or retained.

Browser storage

The application writes exactly three values to your browser’s local storage:

  • atlas.theme — which of the six themes you selected
  • atlas.mode — light or dark
  • atlas.role — the demo role used to shape console navigation

These stay on your device, are never transmitted, and can be cleared by clearing site data. If storage is unavailable the application falls back to its defaults without error.

Cookies

No cookies are set. There is no session, no consent banner and no third-party tag of any kind.

Third parties

The application makes no outbound request to any third party at runtime. It loads no external font, script, stylesheet, image or map tile.

Carrier, payment, mapping, CRM and ERP vendors named in the Integration Center are integration targets described conceptually. No connection to any of them exists in this template.

The demo dataset

Every person, company, address, phone number and email in the console is generated from fixed word lists and a seeded random number generator. No real individual or organisation is represented.

All generated email addresses use the reserved .example domain and cannot receive mail. Addresses are jittered city centroids rather than real premises.

If you deploy ATLAS

Once you connect ATLAS to real customer, shipment and payment data, you become the controller of that data. The template provides no persistence, authentication or authorisation, so every obligation that comes with holding personal data attaches to the system you build around it.
