What the licence covers
A licence to ATLAS grants the right to use the source code in applications you build, subject to the tier you hold. The licence covers the codebase, not usage: there are no per-seat, per-shipment or per-request fees.
You may remove or replace all UT Studio branding, including the mark, the name and the footer attribution.
What ATLAS is not
ATLAS is a front-end template. It is not a hosted service, not a managed platform and not an operational system of record. It ships with no authentication, no persistence, no write paths and no live integrations.
The demo dataset is fabricated. Nothing in it should be treated as a benchmark, a market figure or an operational baseline.
Third-party names
Carrier, payment, mapping, CRM and ERP names appearing in this template — including DHL, FedEx, UPS, Blue Dart, Delhivery, Razorpay, Stripe, Google Maps, Mapbox, SAP, NetSuite, Resend and Twilio — are the trademarks of their respective owners. They are referenced only to describe integration targets. No affiliation, endorsement or working integration is claimed or implied.
Restrictions
You may not redistribute the source as a template, kit or starter, whether free or paid. You may not resell it substantially unmodified as a competing product.
Deploying applications built with ATLAS for your own use, or for clients under a Studio or Enterprise licence, is expressly permitted.
Warranty and liability
The template is provided as is, without warranty of any kind. Because it holds no data and performs no operational function on its own, responsibility for anything built on top of it — including correctness, security, availability and regulatory compliance — rests entirely with the party deploying it.
Updates
Update windows are set by licence tier. Updates are made available as source; applying them to a project you have modified is your own responsibility.
